Kia's 2018 GT-Concept Fastback Sedan Stings the North American International Auto Show

When Kia stepped on the gas at the North American International Auto Show, we at Gary Lang Kia were floored. Promising an electronically adjustable suspension with Dynamic Stability Damping Control, a Centrifugal Pendulum Absorber (CPA) torque converter and rear- or all-wheel drive options on its new GT-style 2018 Stinger, we knew it would appeal broadly to the sporty fastback sedan crowd.

We're all familiar with the multifarious utility of Cadenza, Forte, Optima and RIO. Stinger really packs on the new. Softening front and firming rear shocks deliver an agile feel around corners; stiffer fronts and softer rears help keep it stable at higher speeds; and easy-to-use Personal, Eco, Sport, Comfort and Smart drive modes make it all possible. Stinger keeps gear shifts at your fingertips, with the option of gearbox management or steering wheel-mounted paddle selection. And with all-wheel-drive Dynamic Torque Vectoring Control that balances power and braking during tough going to keep you on course, as well as rear-wheel-drive mechanical limited slip differential for distributing power evenly among wheels, Stinger is sure to impress the selective enthusiast.

2017 will bring many things, but we're most excited for this one. In the meantime, let us help you explore as you seek the sedan of your dreams. Drop by our McHenry, IL showroom, just off of State Rte. 31, and take a test drive today. We're looking forward to it!
